With over 8 years of Board level experience, over 19 years of professional experience acquired in high performing companies (Coca Cola HBC, PwC, Provident Financial) where he worked  in sales management, organisational and people development roles, senior human resources and Board level roles.

Csaba was the President of the  Romanian Human Resources Association HR Club for over six years.


Csaba, holds a degree in electrotechnical engineering from Technical University of Cluj and he attended several development programs from great business schools (IMD, INSEAD)  and  went through on accreditations in several areas.  (Including sales, coaching, performance management, Positive Power and Influence , MBTI, Change Management, Facilitation, Organisational Development, Train the Trainer)

Certified trainer for Positive  Power and Influence Program and senior consultant for several national and multinational companies supporting them in people,  organisational development and turn around interventions.

Board member and Human Resources Director for Romania and Bulgaria (2009 – 2015)

With overall  responsabilities for  top line and bottom line growth,  with functional responsabilities for the people and organisation strategies design and execution.

Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers PwC (2008 – 2009)

Responsible for the Human Capital business line, serving and consulting severall companies in diffrent industries.

Group Role –  Work stream leader at Coca Cola HBC (2006 – 2008)

Group level role with responsabilities  for designing and implementing field sales processes for 28 countries accross the Group. With overall process design and extensive change management responsabilities.

Country Human Resources Manager for Romania and Moldova and several senior manager roles within the Human resources function( Organisational Development Manager, Training and Development Manager, Performance Manager at Coca Cola HBC (2001 – 2006)
